Book a Bartender for Your Event
Planning a wedding, party or company event? Here's how to find, compare and contact bartenders and bartending services on FindBartenders, with a free Event Host account or without one.

This section is for booking bartending service for an event: a wedding, birthday, corporate event, holiday party or private party. There are two ways to start:

Create a free Event Host account, search, compare profiles and contact the ones you like.
Let bartenders come to you
Describe your event once with Get Matched. No account needed.
FindBartenders isn't a booking service. It helps you find, compare, and contact independent bartenders, bartending companies, and service providers. FindBartenders does not provide bartending services itself. Services, pricing, and bookings are arranged directly between you and the provider you choose.
Find and contact bartenders yourself
Create your free Event Host account
Sign up on the Event Host signup page with your name, email, a password and your city. It's free, with no card required.
Confirm your email
Open the email FindBartenders sends and click the link to confirm your address. Check spam and promotions if it doesn't show up.
Allow time for approval
New Event Host accounts are reviewed by the FindBartenders team before they're fully active, so full access may not be immediate. You can browse bartender profiles while you wait.
Search by city, zip code or service
Search bartenders near your event, or narrow it down by the service you need.
Compare profiles and reviews
Look at each bartender's photos, Event Albums, services, the cities they work in and their reviews. Event Albums show real events they've worked, so you can see what hiring them looks like.
Contact the bartenders you like
Reach out from a bartender's profile. Once your account is active, you can message bartenders through FindBartenders and keep those conversations in your account under My Messages.
Save your favorites
Save bartenders you're considering so you can come back and compare them. You'll find them under Saved in your account sidebar.
Have these details ready
Bartenders price the actual event, so the more of this you can share in your first message, the faster and more accurate the quote:
- The type of event, the date and the start time
- The city and venue, and whether the venue has a bar
- About how many guests
- How many hours of bar service you need
- Whether you'll supply the alcohol, or want help planning what to buy
- The drinks you have in mind: beer and wine, a signature cocktail, or a full cocktail menu
- Anything the venue requires from vendors, such as insurance
Then compare what each bartender includes, not just the price: staffing, setup, equipment, travel and how long the quote is good for.
