Account help
Find your way around your FindBartenders account: the account menu, account status and notices, password, email, plan changes, and closing your account.
Your FindBartenders account is where you manage your profile, content, client conversations, and billing. This page shows how your account is organized; the other pages in this section cover logging in, passwords, billing, and troubleshooting. After you log in, you land on My Dashboard.
Your account menu
The menu on the left side of your account (tap the menu button on a phone) is organized into sections. At the top you'll see your Member ID # and your Plan, plus a Change Membership Plan button when another plan is available to you.

Event Hosts see a simpler menu. The Business section is called My Inquiries and doesn't include leads or reviews. The listing section is called My Event Details.
Check your account status
On bartender plans, your dashboard includes an account details box that shows your plan, your account status (active, not activated, past due, or on hold), and the date you joined. It also links to your billing details and Change Password.
Bartender profiles with complete, accurate details are visible on the site. Incomplete profiles aren't visible to the public until the required information is added. See Profile basics.
Account notices
If something needs your attention, a notice appears at the top of your account pages:
