Profile basics
What goes into a complete FindBartenders bartender profile, where to edit each part, and where to go next.
Your profile is what clients see when they find you on FindBartenders. A complete, accurate profile is the foundation for everything else. You edit it under My Profile › Manage Profile in your account menu.
Do this first: get your profile live. Signing up isn't enough. Your profile isn't visible to the public until you've confirmed your email and finished the five-item checklist on your dashboard: Contact Details, Profile Photo, Listing Details, About Me and Service Areas.
Do it right away, even if it isn't perfect. Once you're live, you can come back anytime to add more photos, update your details, and keep adding your work. New Bartender: Start Here
The parts of your profile
| Part | What to add | Where to edit it |
|---|---|---|
| Contact Details (called Basic Information in the account menu) | How you're listed, your business type, name, email, phone, display name, professional title, short description, address, and website and social links | Contact Details |
| Profile Photo | A clear, current photo of you or your business logo | Profile Photo |
| Listing Details | Every service you genuinely offer. Each service has its own page on FindBartenders, and you appear there only when you've selected it | Listing Details |
| About Me | Your experience, the events you work, and how to book you | About Me |
| Service Areas | Where you take bookings: a city, a county or a whole state | The Service Areas button in your dashboard checklist |
| Proof of your work | Event Albums, videos, reviews, articles, and more | My Content in your account menu |
A complete profile is the starting point. Everything you add under My Content (Event Albums, videos, articles, Packages, Experiences, and, on Event Bartender Pro and Business, Cocktail Recipes) is what builds it. See Keep adding your work.
Display name and title: Use the name clients should see in search results. That's your business name, or a professional display name if you work independently. Add a short, searchable title such as Event Bartender, Mobile Bartender, or Mixologist.
How many service areas you can list
| Plan | Service areas |
|---|---|
| Starter | Up to 2 |
| Event Bartender Pro | Up to 5 |
| Business Plan | Up to 8 |
