Get Found in More Places
Every event, review, video and article you add gives clients another way to find you. Here's what to post, in what order, and how to keep it going.
Most bartenders create a profile and wait. This section does the opposite: keep adding your work.
Every event you work, every city you work in, every review, photo, video and article is something you can add to FindBartenders. Each one is another page showing what you do, where you do it, and proof that you've actually done it. The more real work you add, the more ways people have to find you.
Do this first: get your profile live. Signing up isn't enough. Your profile isn't visible to the public until you've confirmed your email and finished the five-item checklist on your dashboard: Contact Details, Profile Photo, Listing Details, About Me and Service Areas.
Do it right away, even if it isn't perfect. Once you're live, you can come back anytime to add more photos, update your details, and keep adding your work. New Bartender: Start Here
How posting your work brings in clients
Get found
People find your profile, your Event Albums, your reviews, your videos and your articles, on FindBartenders, on Google and through AI tools.
Get contacted
They call you, message you from your profile, fill out Get Matched and get sent your way, or remember you from an event they attended.
Win the work
You reply quickly, understand the event, send a clear quote, and show proof from events like theirs. See Get More Clients.
Do the work
You run a great bar.
Post the work
Within a day or two, you turn the job into an Event Album, ask for the review, and add any video you have. See Post Every Event as an Album.
Build more proof
Every album, review, video and article is another page connected to you: another city where your work is shown, another event type, another service you've proven.
Get found again
Now there's more of your real work for people to find, and the next client who searches sees all of it.
Get More Clients covers replying to potential clients and booking the job. This section covers the other half: post the work, build more proof, get found again.
Where your work shows up
Your public profile
The home everything else points back to. Hosts compare profiles in FindBartenders search and contact bartenders directly.
Service and city pages
Every service has its own page, and FindBartenders is adding city pages that feature local bartenders. Your services and service areas put you on them.
Event Albums and photos
Every event you post becomes its own page, showing the city where it happened. Every titled photo is another page.
Reviews, videos and articles
Each review, video and article gets its own page connected to your profile.
What to add, in order
You don't need to do everything at once. Work down the list, one or two a week. After that, the habit is simple: every job you finish is something new to post.
