After the Event: Post It

Every event you finish pays twice. Turn each job into an Event Album, a review, new proof and the next opportunity.

Every event you finish pays twice: once when you get paid, and again when you post it.

The event is over, but the opportunity isn't. What you do in the next day or two turns this job into another page in a real city, another review from a real client, and another piece of proof for the next person who asks "have you done events like mine?"

Thank the client first

Send a short thank-you within a day or two, and include your review link.

Ask before you post. Make sure the client is comfortable with you sharing photos from their event, and avoid photos that identify guests who may not want to appear online.

Then post it

Every job you finish is something new to post. Do this within a day or two of every event, while the photos and details are fresh.

Post the Event Album

Title it with the event type and the city, fill in Event City & State, add the Venue if the client is happy to show it, and pick the category. Add an Event Album

Title every photo

Name the event, the service and the city on each one. Every titled photo is its own page.

Ask for the review

Send your review link while the client is still happy about the night. Request Reviews

Add the video

Got a clip? Post it on YouTube or Vimeo, then add it to FindBartenders with the city where you filmed it.

Write it up if there's a story

A memorable event or a lesson learned can become an article. Write it yourself or answer a few questions and have it written for you.

Update your profile if something's new

First time offering a service, or a new area you'll keep working in? Add it to your services or service areas.

Share it

Post the album on your social accounts and share your FindBartenders link. Then do it all again after the next event.

Also note what worked, what you'd change, and anything useful for this client's next event.

What you just added: another event page, another city where your work is shown, another event type, a set of titled photos, a review request out to a happy client, and maybe a video or an article. That's real proof the next client can see.

Stay in mind for the next event

Back to getting found, with more to show

You now have one more event, one more city, one more set of photos and, soon, one more review than last time. Keep posting after every job with Get Found in More Places.
