Finish Your Profile
Complete every section of your FindBartenders profile, add a real photo, and give clients the details they need to choose you.
Your profile is the starting point. It's the page every event, review, video and article you add later will point back to.
A client deciding between a few bartenders looks for signs that you're real, experienced, and easy to work with. A complete profile is where that trust starts. A half-finished one often gets skipped.
What a trusted profile includes
Your contact details
Accurate business and contact information so clients can reach you.
A real photo or logo
A clear, current photo of you or your logo. Profiles still showing the default placeholder image look unfinished.
Your listing details and services
What you offer, in the words clients actually search.
Your About section
Who you are, how long you've been doing this, and what makes working with you different.
Do this now
Check your profile completion
Log in to your dashboard. Until every profile section is filled in, your dashboard shows how complete your listing is. Work through the sections it lists.
Replace any placeholder image
Upload a clear photo of yourself or your business logo. Well-lit and current beats stylized.
Write an About section a host can trust
Cover your experience, the events you work, the cities you serve, and how clients can book you. Keep it specific and honest. Your About section shows on your profile right under your intro at the top. The About Me editor works like a simple word processor: format your text, add links, images or video, or switch to HTML if you want full control over the design.
Verify your listing if prompted
If verification is available for your account and your listing isn't verified yet, your dashboard shows a link to verify it.
Write your About section for the host, not for other bartenders. Answer what they're wondering: Have you done events like mine? Do you serve my area? What's it like to work with you?
Share your profile from day one
Your dashboard includes a QR code that links to your public profile. Add it to a card or display at your bar so guests can find you after the event. Your dashboard also provides a FindBartenders member badge with code you can add to your own website. Once you have a custom FindBartenders URL, use that link everywhere too.
What you just added: a complete profile clients can trust, and a home base for every album, review and video you add next.
Next: select every service you actually offer, then post the work that proves it.
