Members-only tools. The Quote Estimate Calculator, Event Product & Cost Estimator, Batch & Liquid Calculator, and Business Assistant are available when you're logged in to your FindBartenders account. If you see a members-only message, log in first.

Business Plan tools

On the Business Plan, you get more than a profile: tools for your website, social posting, widgets, your branded app and other features built around running and marketing a bartending business.

The Business Plan tools are Social Media Automation, AdShield click-fraud protection (by application), a Business Website, Dynamic Widgets for your own site, and a branded Mobile App. The Virtual Consult Room is available for testing to Business Plan members by request. See Platform Features & Tools for details and setup sessions.

A simple tracking habit

Log every potential client

Note the client, event date, and how they reached you: your profile, an event FindBartenders sent you, or directly.

Record what you sent

Note when you quoted and what was included. For events FindBartenders sent you, use the notes in Manage Leads. For everything else, keep your own list.

Set your next follow-up

Decide when you'll check in next. See Follow Up Without Pushing.

Close it out

Mark each one as booked, declined, or closed so your list stays accurate. Booked it? Add a note to post the event when it's done.
