Show What You Offer with Packages and Experiences
Publish your services as Packages and your classes and tastings as Experiences, so clients can see what you offer and request it before they ever ask for a quote.
Clients like to see what they're getting before they ask for a price. Packages and Experiences let you show that on your profile, so the people who reach out already know what you offer and what kind of event it fits.
They don't replace your quote. They give the client a starting point, and you still price the real event once you understand it.
| Package | Experience | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A bar service offer: what you bring, for how long, for how many guests | A class, tasting or workshop that guests take part in |
| Examples | One bartender for four hours, a two-bartender team, a mobile bar setup, a specialty cocktail station | Cocktail class, spirits tasting, mixology workshop, team-building session, bachelorette class, mocktail workshop |
| Where it shows | Your profile, and the FindBartenders Packages page | Your profile, and the FindBartenders Experiences page, where hosts browse by type and location |
| How clients reach you | Request This Package | Request This Experience |
| How many you can post | Up to 8, on every bartender plan | Starter up to 2, Event Bartender Pro up to 4, Business up to 6 |
Both request buttons open the same contact form as Contact Member. The client chose you: the request goes to you alone, as an email and a message in your FindBartenders account. Reply promptly: Respond to Every Potential Client.
Add a Package
Pick the service you're booked for most
Start with the job you already do most often. You can add more Packages later.
Open Add a Package
Go to Add a Package. Your Packages are under My Content in your account menu.
Say what's included, and what isn't
Fill in what's included and what isn't, the kind of event it's ideal for, guest count, bartenders and hours included, an additional-hour rate, a minimum booking, and whether you can tailor it to the event.
Choose how the price shows
Pick one of the three pricing options below, then save.
| Pricing option | What clients see | Can work well when |
|---|---|---|
| Request a quote (the default) | No price. Clients ask you for one | Every event is priced very differently, and the description already explains the offer clearly |
| Starting at | A starting price, such as "Starting at $375" | You have a typical base service, and a reference point helps clients judge whether you fit their budget |
| Per hour | An hourly rate | You mostly charge by the hour, and the hours are what changes from event to event |
Give clients enough to understand the offer and contact you. Then price the actual event. For many bartenders, a base package with a clear "Starting at" price does that well. Whichever option you choose, the real quote comes after you ask about guest count, hours, staffing, travel, equipment and menu.
Add an Experience
If you run cocktail classes, tastings or workshops, list each one as its own Experience. A host planning a bachelorette party or a team outing can find your class on the Experiences page and ask you to run it for their group, even if they weren't looking to hire a bartender for a party.
Open Add an Experience
Go to Add an Experience.
Describe what guests will do
Add what guests will do, the minimum group size, how long it runs, what's included and a starting price.
Say where it happens
Choose your location, theirs, or either. Then save.
Only list classes and tastings you actually run.
What you just added: offers a client can see and request before they ever ask for a price, each on its own page and connected to your profile.
