Show Your Past Work
Answer the question every client is really asking, can I trust you with my event?, with the Event Album, video, review or article that matches their event.
Clients choosing a bartender are usually asking one question: can I trust you with my event? What past clients said, and what your past events looked like, answers that better than anything you say about yourself. Share the right piece at the right moment.
Match the proof to the concern
| If the client is wondering... | Share... |
|---|---|
| "Have you done events like mine?" | An Event Album from a similar event |
| "What are you like behind the bar?" | A video of you working an event |
| "Are other clients happy with you?" | Your reviews |
| "Do you really know this?" | An article you've published |
| "Are you licensed and insured?" | Your Licensed and Insured and Certifications details |
| "What exactly do you offer?" | Your services, a Package or Experience, and a brochure on your profile |
Pick one or two, not everything. "Here's an album from a wedding like yours" beats "check out my profile." A single album from an event like theirs is more persuasive than a link to everything you've ever done.
You can only share what you've posted. The bartender with 20 Event Albums can send an album from a wedding, a corporate party and a backyard birthday. The bartender with none can only say "trust me." Every event you post today is proof you can send tomorrow. See Post Every Event as an Album.

Point people to it
Lead with your link
Put your FindBartenders link, or your custom URL once it's live, in every first reply and every quote.
Name the proof that matters
Say "here's an album from a wedding like yours" or "my reviews from corporate events are on my profile," not just "check my profile."
Use your QR code in person
Your dashboard includes a QR code that links to your public profile. Put it on cards at your bar so guests can find you, and your reviews, later.
Thank reviewers publicly
A short, genuine reply to each review shows future clients how you treat people.
Keep it real. Only share genuine reviews and photos from events you actually worked. Don't present someone else's work, or reviews you didn't earn, as your own.
